Nischal Tiwari is a visionary technology leader and architect of secure innovation, currently serving as Founder and CEO of TCLtek, a deep-tech startup pioneering quantum, AI, and secure-by-design cloud platforms. He is the inventor of QuantOS, a vendor-agnostic quantum operating system bridging classical and quantum computing.
With over 20 years of global experience across regulated sectors, Nischal has advised governments, Fortune 500s, and hyperscalers on cloud security, AI governance, and quantum resilience. He has built scalable IP frameworks, led global delivery teams across Azure, AWS, and GCP, and served as a trusted CxO advisor.
